Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $13.00 to $13.25 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers, Kitchen and food service helpers

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres

Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
