Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s License.

Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Residential construction, Commercial construction, Industrial construction

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Oversee analysis of data and information, Plan and manage budgets, Develop and implement quality control programs, Prepare reports

Additional Skills: Recruit, hire and supervise staff

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Ability to Supervise: 20 people or less
