Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $30.00 to $37.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 1 or A, Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 2 or B, Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 3 or C.

Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems: Rooftop (self-contained), Filtration, Built up (split system), Humidification and de-humidification systems, Ventilation

Specific Skills: Measure, cut and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment, Commission systems and test for leaks using testing devices, Perform routine maintenance and servicing, Interpret gas codes, Install, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul entire heating, ventilation, air handling, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, Handle, recover and store refrigerants, Test and repair electronic components

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Vehicle supplied by employer
