Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $20.16 per hour for a 44 hour week.

Area of Plastering Specialization: Stucco, Ornamental panels and trims, Decorative texturing, Soundproofing materials

Area of Lath Installation Specialization: Stucco exterior metal lath

Area of Drywall and Lath Installation Specialization: Exterior prefabricated wall panels

Specific Skills: Clean and prepare surfaces, Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency, Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster, Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exterior surfaces, Finish corners and angles, Create decorative designs in finish coat, Mould and install ornamental fixtures, Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings, Measure, cut and fit and install drywall sheets, Cut and install metal corner beads, Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks, Tape over joints with tape and compound, Sand seams and joints, Fabricate grids for acoustical and coffered ceilings, Install metal stud framing and furring, Utilize laser alignment system, Install vapour barriers and thermal and sound insulation, Erect scaffolding

Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, Work at heights
