Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $13.67 to $14.84 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training, completed college or technical training, some university, completed university.

Experience: is an asset.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Child and Youth Care Worker (CCW/CYW) Diploma, Social Service Worker (SSW) Diploma, Community Support Worker (CSW) Diploma, Human Services Diploma.

Work Setting: Community or neighbourhood centre, Private home

Target Groups or Clients: Male, Female, Persons who are deaf/hard of hearing, Persons who are blind/visually impaired, Persons with intellectual disabilities, Persons with physical disabilities, Persons with mental health disabilities, Persons with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Persons with learning disabilities

Specific Skills: Provide personal services support to persons with special needs

Security and Safety: Criminal record check
