Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Some overtime will be available.

Number of Participants and Length of Activity: Up to 10 participants, 10-49 participants, 50-99 participants, 100-199 participants, 200-400 participants, Over 400 participants, 1 day or less, 2-4 days

Work Experience: Conference and meeting planning companies, Hotel

Main Responsibility: Co-ordination

Planning and Management Skills: Plan for required documentation and for pre- and post-distribution of documentation (itineraries, evaluations etc.), Plan for on-site offices, Manage Event Logistics

Coordination Skills: Set up and monitor, or arrange for the setting up and monitoring of multi-media equipment, Coordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems and other details for special events

Additional Skills: Recruit and supervise volunteers

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Spreadsheet software, Word processing software, Windows, Data base software

Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Fast-paced environment

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less
