Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $15.00 to $18.50 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training, some university.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales, Determine merchandise and services to be sold, Implement price and credits policies, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily transactions, Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, Develop and implement marketing strategies, Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Recruit and train staff, Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise, Customer service oriented
