Dispatcher Specific Skills: Operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment, Process and transmit information and instructions, Act as liaison between customers and drivers, Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, Maintain operator work records, Follow-up on issues with work orders, Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices

Radio Operator Specific Skills: Operate radio equipment, Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations, Assist with maintenance of communications equipment

Additional Skills: Maintain work records and logs, Perform general office duties, Ensure proper functioning of equipment
