Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be enefits per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Essential Skills: Working with others, Job task planning and organizing
