Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $16.62 to $24.44 per hour for a 37 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Private sector, Public sector, Not-for-profit organization

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Presentation software, Database software, Internet browser

Specific Skills: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, Prepare and post notices and advertisements, Collect and screen applicants, Review candidate inventories, Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, Provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling and recognition programs

Work Location Information: Urban area, Various locations

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks
