Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $13.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession

Supervisory Experience: Food service counter attendants and food preparers

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check assembly of trays

Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Hire food service staff
