Dispatcher Specific Skills: Operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment, Process and transmit information and instructions, Act as liaison between customers and drivers, Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, Maintain operator work records, Follow-up on issues with work orders
