Host/Hostess Specific Skills: Receive customers’ reservations and assign tables, Greet and seat customers, Attend to seating arrangements for large groups, Set tables and assist with removal of tableware, Answer customers’ questions regarding menu items and preparation methods, Receive payments from customers
