Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $25.67 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Area of Drywall and Lath Installation Specialization: Suspended ceilings and floors, Acoustical ceilings, Metal lath ceilings, Metal door frame installation, Exterior prefabricated wall and partition systems

Specific Skills: Clean and prepare surfaces, Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster, Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exterior surfaces, Mould and install ornamental fixtures, Measure, cut and fit and install drywall sheets, Cut and install metal corner beads, Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks, Sand seams and joints, Install metal stud framing and furring, Cut openings in laths for piping, ducts and electrical outlets, Install exterior and interior steel studs

Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
