Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Ability to Supervise: Working groups

Other Information: The position entails supervising the construction of duplexes & larger using volunteers, assts and major subtrades. Hands on working knowledge of all aspects of residential construction is necessary.
