Terms: This is a permanent, full time job Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $14.88 to $16.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession

Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Hire food service staff

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods
