Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $9.62 per hour for a 44 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Children’s Ages: School age (6 - 12 years)

Work Setting: Employer’s home

Specific Skills: Supervise and care for children, Bathe, dress and feed infants and children, Prepare infants and children for rest periods, Help children with homework, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Shop for food and household supplies, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, Take children to and from school and to appointments, Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children

Work Location Information: Work in employer’s/client’s home, Room and board provided

Other Information: Must have 1 year full time experience within the last 3 years. Must reside in the employers home for the duration of employment. Private room provided. Room and board charge $336 per month.
