Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $50,000.00 to $110,000.00 per hour for a 80 hour week.
Notes: milage paid.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: is an asset.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Industrial Instrument Mechanic Trade Certification, 2nd Period Apprentice, 4th Period Apprentice, Red Seal Certificate - Industrial Instrument Mechanics, Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST), Certified Technician (C.Tech.).

Type of Instrument Experience: Electrical

Type of Industry Experience: Industrial instruments servicing, Refineries and gas plants, Pipelines

Specific Skills: Inspect and test operation of instruments and systems, Repair and adjust system components, Remove and replace defective parts, Install new control instruments, Calibrate components and instruments, Determine testing and maintenance procedures, Install new measuring instruments

Additional Skills: Read blueprints, Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work, Complete test and maintenance reports, Read circuit diagrams, Logical approach for troubleshooting, Consult with and advise process operators, Coach and instruct apprentices, Spreadsheets

Security and Safety: Bondable

Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel regularly

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
