Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Supervisory Experience: Light duty cleaners, Specialized cleaners, Janitors, caretakers and building superintendents

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services, Prepare work schedules, Co-ordinate activities with other departments, Assist cleaners in performing duties

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check (abstract), Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract)

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Shift work
