Education: The applicant should have some college or technical training.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Human Resources Responsibility: Not required

Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000

Work Setting: Apartment building

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan, organize and direct administrative services (signage, building and grounds maintenance, parking, etc.), Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical and other systems, Plan and manage budgets, Establish safety and security procedures, Enforce facility policies, Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity licence check

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Own vehicle

Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory
