Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Salary: will be $19.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some high school, completed high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s Licence (Class 1 or A), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement, Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate, WHMIS Certificate, Air Brake Adjustment Certificate, Defensive Driving Course.

Specific Skills: Receive and relay information to central dispatcher, Transport hazardous products or dangerous goods, Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment, Perform brake adjustments, Monitor vehicle performance and mechanical fitness, Perform emergency roadside repairs

Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service
