Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $16.25 per hour for a 40 hour week.
Also: medical benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Retail establishment

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize payments by cheque, Authorize return of merchandise, Sell merchandise, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Maintain specified inventory, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Additional Skills: Prepare work schedules, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance

Own Tools/Equipment: Cellular phone

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Work Site Environment: Confined spaces, Cold/refrigerated, Non-smoking

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Work Location Information: Urban area

Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Continuous learning

Other Information: Candidate must have skills to design & fashion live, cut, dried & artificial floral & foliar arrangements & be able to arrange merchandise display. 2years work experience as Floral Designer required
