Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $18.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s Licence (Class 3 or D), Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate.

Type of Construction: Industrial, commercial and institutional

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Bobcats, Concrete vibrators, Concrete saws, Mortar and concrete mixers, Sledgehammers, Jackhammers, Air compressors, Drills, Trampers (Jumping Jack)

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades, Mix, pour and spread materials, Assist in demolishing buildings, Clean and pile salvaged materials, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Willing to travel regularly, Valid driver’s licence, Public transportation is not available

Essential Skills: Working with others

Other Information: We are looking for hard working general labourers to work with our concrete and flooring crews. Must have own vehicle as we have a number of sites in Edmonton. Local only please!
