Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Point of sale system, Inventory control software, Basic computer skills (will train)

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Implement price and credits policies, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily transactions, Recruit and train staff, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise, Customer service oriented

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Work Location Information: Urban area

Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less
