Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be 40 hours per week per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Electrical Mechanic Trade Certification, 3rd Period Apprentice, 4th Period Apprentice.

Major Work Area: Maintenance, Repair, Testing, Service

Area of Specialization: Electric motors

Specific Skills: Test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment, Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, Repair or replace components and wiring, Wind, assemble and install various types of coils, Test to ensure proper performance, Perform on-site servicing and repair

Additional Skills: Use machining tools to fabricate or recondition parts

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Other Information: Position is immediately, must have at least 2 years recent experience-all facets of electric motor rewind mechanic duties; strong analytical, troubleshooting skills, dependable reliable-permanent work
