Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $15.00 to $18.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have WHMIS Certificate, Confined Space Entry Training.

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Torches

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Specific Skills: Assist in demolishing buildings, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites

Security and Safety: Bondable

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Gloves

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, At heights

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle

Other Information: Must be good with HEIGHTS, using propane torches and stripping siding off. Temporary contract position for 6 months or more. Must be good working outdoors all day long.
