Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $13.11 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Food service establishment

Supervisory Experience: Food service counter attendants and food preparers

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Hire food service staff, Prepare budget and cost estimates

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods

Work Location Information: Staff accommodation available
