Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), A+ Certification.

Specific Skills: Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced, Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions, Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts

Work Setting: Help desk, Telecommunications industry

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Networking software, Networking security , Electronic mailing software, Database software
