Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $14.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports

Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
