Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s Licence (Class 1 or A), Extended Trailer Combination Permit or Endorsement, Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate, WHMIS Certificate.

Documentation Knowledge: Driver logbook, Bill of lading, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Maintenance and repair reports, Trip reports, Accident or incident reports, Dangerous goods occurrence reports

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Loading and unloading of goods

Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract), Drug test

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding
