Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working evenings.

Salary: will be $8.80 per hour for a 20 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Responsible beverage service certification.

Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Serve food and beverages, general plate service, Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers, Advise on menu selections

Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills: Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware

Additional Skills: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, Assist customers with special needs

Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others

Other Information: For 5 PM to 8 PM rushes prior to Saddledome events plus some evenings 5 PM to 10 PM. Must be experienced and work well under pressure. Ideal for students or former servers with daytime jobs.
