Area of Specialization: Floor pouring, Stain removal and cleaning, Floor levelling, Floor finishing, Slab installation

Materials Used: Hardners and epoxies, Light weight concrete, Reinforcing membrane and protective covering

Specific Skills: Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement material, Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, Operate power vibrators to compact concrete, Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification, Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures, Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces, Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures, Strip concrete forms, Cut control joints

Own Tools/Equipment: Safety equipment/gear, Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Handling heavy loads, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing
