Terms: This is a seasonal, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $15.00 to $19.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s licence.

Area of Specialization: Lawn care, Grounds maintenance

Machinery and Equipment: Chain saw, Tractor mower, Sod cutter, Tractor, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment

Specific Skills: Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance labourers, Establish work schedules and procedures, Resolve work related problems, Train workers

Security and Safety: Bondable, Driver’s validity license check

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Large workload

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Own transportation, Own vehicle

Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less
