Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $14.00 to $16.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Specific Maintenance Activities: Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Work with minimal supervision

Equipment Operated/Used: Power tools

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Working with others, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing
