Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Human Resources Responsibility: Not required

Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000

Work Setting: Health care facility

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: General office equipment, Electronic Mail

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical and other systems, Enforce facility policies

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity licence check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Own vehicle, Willing to travel, Public transportation is available, Parking paid by employer

Work Location Information: Urban area
