Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $11.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills: Take customers’ orders, Prepare, heat and finish simple food items, Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs, Portion and wrap foods, Package take-out food, Stock refrigerators and salad bars

Kitchen Helping Skills: Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit, Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment

Bussing Skills: Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load buspans and trays, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Work Location Information: Urban area

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Significant use of memory
