Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $18.93 to $23.25 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), Forklift Operator Certification.

Specific Skills: Weigh resins, colorants and other chemicals according to formulae, Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products, Prepare and Change moulds and adjust equipment for production line change

Additional Skills: Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment, Monitor and inspect quality of material produced

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Attention to detail, Manual dexterity, Handling heavy loads, Hand-eye co-ordination, Fast-paced environment

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use

Other Information: Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 yrs minimum of technical experience in injection molding (processing molds, hydraulic, pneumatic, & electrical systems); Working knowledge of Milacron (550-2200 Tons)
