Terms: This is a permanent, full time job Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $13.50 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Food service establishment, Fast food outlet or concession

Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers, Cooks

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Hire food service staff, Prepare budget and cost estimates

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance

Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform
