Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Presentation software, Accounting software, Database software, Inventory control software

Specific Skills: Establish work priorities, Ensure procedures are followed, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets and parking, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Additional Skills: Delegate work to office support staff
