Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $17.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Specific Skills: Cut grass, Clear snow (manually, mechanized equipment, truck or scraper)

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Noisy, Odours, Dusty, Hot

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Public transportation is available
