Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $25.00 to $35.00 per hour for a 44 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Carpenter Trade Certification, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, WHMIS, Driver’s License.

Workers Supervised: Carpenters, Trades helpers, Labourers

Specific Skills: Supervise workers and projects, Coordinate and schedule activities, Train or arrange for training

Additional Skills: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, Estimate material and labour costs, Prepare bids

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Noisy
