Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and evenings. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $20.00 to $25.00 per hour for a 44 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some high school, some college or technical training.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s Licence (Class 3 or D), Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, WHMIS Certificate.

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Bobcats, Compactors, Concrete vibrators, Pumpcretes

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Mix, pour and spread materials, Assist heavy equipment operators

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles, Gloves, Uniform

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, At heights, Dangerous
