Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.
Notes: bonus, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000

Work Setting: Hotel

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Computer terminal, Multi-line switchboard, Computerized reservation system, Windows, WordPerfect, MS Word

Specific Skills: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, Set work schedules, Respond to customer complaints, Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Develop business plans, Enforce policies and procedures, Attend to persons with special needs

Additional Skills: Recruit and hire staff, Supervise staff, Conduct performance reviews
