Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working evenings and weekends.

Salary: will be $33,000.00 to $38,000.00 per year for a 37 hour week.
Notes: milage paid.
Also: medical, dental, vision, disability, group insurance, life insurance, RRSP benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Retail establishment, Telephone soliciting establishment

Supervisory Experience: Retail salespersons and sales clerks

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Travel expenses paid by employer

Work Location Information: Work from home, Urban area

Ability to Supervise: 20 people or less

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use

Other Information: Exp w/ event ticketing. Knowledge of Box Office principles. Exp. w/ Ticketmaster system. Knowledge of TMConnect, PCI and Archtics. Windows and Microsoft Office skills essential.
