Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $70,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Specific Skills: Prepare estimates of labour and material costs, Prepare master format estimates (Class A), Prepare elemental format estimates (Classes B, C, D), Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and contractors, Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads, Estimate pre-contract costs, Utilize quantity take-off procedures, Analyze tenders and recommend awards, Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems, Monitor and adjust contract expenditures

Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel
