Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Construction Trade Certification, Driver’s License.

Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Civil (road and bridge construction, etc.)

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: $8,000,001 +

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Oversee analysis of data and information, Develop and implement quality control programs
