Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, Empty waste containers, Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Work with minimal supervision

Equipment Operated/Used: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Carpet cleaning machines, Polishing machines, Upholstery cleaning equipment

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is available
