Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $13.44 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Restaurant

Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Security and Safety: Criminal record check (abstract)
